The data controller is the natural or legal person who decides, either independently or with others, the purposes of, and the means used for, the processing of personal data (e.g. names, e-mail addresses or similar).

Withdrawal of your consent to data processing
Many data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. You can withdraw any consent already given at any time simply by sending us an informal notice by e-mail. The lawfulness of data processing up to the withdrawal of consent is unaffected by this withdrawal.

The competent supervisory authority for data protection law issues is the State Data Protection Commissioner of the federal state in which our company is registered. This site uses SSL or TSL encryption for security reasons and to protect the transfer of confidential content, e.g. orders and requests that you send to us as the operator of the site. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the browser’s address line changing from ‘http://’ to ‘https://’ and by the lock icon in your browser line. If SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data that you send to us cannot be read by third parties.

The operators of the site expressly reserve the right to take legal action if unsolicited advertising information is sent, e. g. by means of spam e-mails.

Data collection on our website

Cookies
Only ‘session cookies’ are used on this website and they are deleted automatically at the end of your visit. A session cookie contains only a randomly generated session ID and no personal data.

Server log files
The provider of the pages collects and stores information automatically in ‘server log files’ that your browser transmits to us automatically. This information is: browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL, host name of the accessing computer, time of the server request and IP address. Plugins and Tools

MyFonts Web Fonts
Our website uses fonts provided by the firm MyFonts Inc., 600 Unicorn Park Drive, Woburn, MA 01801, USA. When you visit the website, one of the servers of the firm MyFonts will retrieve data, so at any rate, MyFonts will take notice of your IP-address. Amongst other things, MyFonts will also find out that you have called up the font via our website, as well as some technical information about your browser, because almost every web browser sends this data to the server automatically every time a website is called up. Some browsers allow you to restrict or modify the data that is submitted to the servers, but whether this is possible depends on the manufacturer of the browser. Even though MyFonts only needs the transmitted information, especially the IP address, to deliver the content that was called up, it is beyond our knowledge and our influence, if and to what extent MyFonts statistically assesses or saves this information. Further information on data protection can be found at this following link: https://www.myfonts.com/legal/terms-and-conditions-of-business
